The Power of a Support Group cannot be overemphasized.

It provides a great environment for talking about your experiences, find ways to enhance your ability to cope with the challenges of Parkinson’s and learn how local resources and Parkinson Canada can help you live your best life.

The Support Group meets regularly however dates are posted one-month prior to the meeting.  Please visit this site for monthly updates.  (Meeting dates are also announced on local radio station CJKL 101.5)
