Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month, from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM. The location alternates now between two different locations in Fredericton. Please see list below:

Programs offered in the area for individuals living with PD as well as their caregiver/partner:
1. Boxing – a boxing program tailored to each individual offered every Wednesday from 1100 AM – 12:00 PM. Location is the Kingswood Gym, 41 Kingswood Pk, Fredericton, NB; Contact: Jason Sullivan
2. Dance for PD – a dance program offered every Tuesday from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Location is Dance Fredericton Danse, 20 York Street, Fredericton, NB; Contact: Leslee Dell
3. AXON Program (Advanced Exercise for Our Nerves) – an exercise program offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM. Location is at the University of New Brunswick Richard J. Currie Centre, 15 Peter Kelly Drive, Fredericton, NB. Contact: Caitlin Doyle
