Programs offered through this Chapter for individuals living with PD as well as their caregivers include:
1. Sitercise – an exercise program offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 PM -2:30 PM (on Tuesday Support Group days this program runs from 1:00PM-2:00PM). Location: Pavilion Redemption, 603 Loch Lomond Road, Saint John, NB; Cost is $2/person
2. Boxing – a boxing program tailored to each individual offered every Thursday from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Location is KV Golden Gloves Boxing, 1 Market Street, Quispamsis, NB. Cost is $5/person
